Volume 4 contains twelve decisions of the Arbitration Panel for In Rem Restitution from 2006 and 2007, each in the German original and with the English translation as well as the General Settlement Fund Law in its present form, a table of current deadlines, a selected bibliography on the subject of (in rem) restitution, an overview of the decisions published in previous volumes and a glossary of legal provisions and relevant terms.
On the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the Arbitration Panel for In Rem Restitution in 2011 volume 4 also contains an historical abstract of the establishment of the Arbitration Panel, a comprehensive report on statistics and a facsimile of the Joint Statement of 17 January 2001.
